Adrenal masses are often discovered incidentally and are then termed adrenal incidentalomas. The clinical impact of surgical treatment of these adrenal mass is still debated. The Endocrinology and Diabetology Service participates to a national research project entitled “Effect of surgical or conservative approach in patients with adrenal incidentalomas on cardiovascular, metabolic, neuropsycological and bone manifestations: respective roles of cortisol secretion and glucocorticoid sensitivity”.
